Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Effortless and delightful. That’s what baking should be about. Instead of spending a whole day in the kitchen, you can make something really tasty and healthy in less than 30 minutes. If you still don’t believe me, then keep reading to find out what I’ve prepared for you.
What could possibly make your last summer evenings cosier? Cookies, that’s what. This recipe will be perfect for those who are always hungry, always on a diet and just love cookies.
These ones are made of only two ingredients (as you might have guessed by the title) and don’t require super baking skills, therefore EVERYONE can make them.

You will need:
1 cup of quick oats
1 banana

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C

2.Mash your banana with a fork in a bowl.
3.Add rolled oats and mix it all together.
4.Using a spoon form small balls
and pop onto a lined baking tray leaving a bit of space for the cookies to spread out.
5.Pop them into the oven and bake at 180° C for 15-20 minutes, until the cookies are lightly golden brown.
You can also add raisins, nuts, chocolate chips or whatever you wish.

Enjoy your cookies!
